1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Parium ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you're using Parium on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Parium provides technical assessment tools for evaluating infrastructure engineering candidates. This includes terminal-based incident simulations, candidate tracking, and reporting tools.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share assessment content or solutions publicly
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our scenarios

4. Assessment Integrity

Candidates taking assessments agree to complete them independently without unauthorized assistance. We monitor for suspicious activity including but not limited to: excessive copy/paste, tab switching patterns, and timing anomalies.

5. Intellectual Property

All scenario content, assessment materials, and platform code are owned by Parium. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Parium is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for hiring decisions made based on assessment results, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
